Aesop’s Fables – An Interpretation

Meet Greek artist Effie Bezati and Latvian artist Karina Rungenfelde in this joint exhibition, opening on Saturday August 4th.

By combining two talents from cultures that are very different from Denmark, this couple of talented women have produced an innovative interpretation of the famous Aesop’s Fables. Full of wit, humour and colour, the  paintings will fascinate and entertain all who see it.

The exhibition can be seen until August 30th 2018.

Effie Bezati is educated at the School of Visual Arts of the Faculty of fine Arts, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in Greece and has exhibited with Liza’s Gallery several times.

Karina Rungenfelde received her Master Degree of Fine Art from the Art Academy of Latvia back in 2005 and has previously exhibited at Liza’s Gallery back in 2015.
